Homework & Home Learning Information Area

We want to work in partnership with our parents. We know how rewarding this can be for our children.

Weekly Tasks

Reading – Try to read for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week. It is even better if you answer questions about what you have read.

Times Table Rockstars – Practise your selected times tables using the Rockstars website.

Homework – This is usually linked to what we have been learning in class that week. This will be uploaded to SeeSaw on Friday. Please ask Miss McCarthy if you have any questions about homework.

Home Learning – We use the online learning platform, Seesaw. Your child will receive a letter with login details. Please contact your child’s teacher if you have not received this. Here is a Seesaw Quick Start Guide for you and your child to watch. All work will be uploaded to Seesaw, including links to Live and Pre-recorded lessons and follow-up activities.

Self-isolation – if you need to self-isolate work will be assigned to your child’s Seesaw account which is to be completed each day. There will be daily Maths, English and topic activities reflecting the work from school.
